1. Buying on Rack Revive
✔ Browse thousands of pre-loved fashion items, from everyday essentials to authenticated luxury pieces.
✔ Use filters to search by brand, size, condition, price, and category.
Secure Checkout
1️⃣ Add items to your cart.
2️⃣ Choose Route shipping insurance for added protection.
3️⃣ Agree to our Terms of Service & Refund Policy (required at checkout).
4️⃣ Pay securely via credit/debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Affirm.
Receive & Inspect Your Order
✔ Track your order with the seller’s provided tracking number.
✔ Once delivered, you have 5 days to inspect and report any issues (misrepresentation or counterfeit claims only).
Authenticity Guarantee for Designer Items
✔ All luxury items must be authenticated before listing.
✔ If authenticity is questioned after delivery, you may request reauthentication at your expense.
✔ If found counterfeit, you receive a full refund + authentication fee reimbursement.

2. Selling on Rack Revive
1️⃣ Create a listing with clear photos and an accurate description.
2️⃣ Set your price.
3️⃣ If selling a designer item, upload proof of authentication or request authentication via Real Authentication through Rack Revive.
4️⃣ Once approved, your listing goes live!
Ship Your Sold Items
✔ Once an item sells, you’ll receive the buyer’s shipping details.
✔ Ship within 3 days and upload tracking information.
✔ Buyers must confirm receipt before you get paid.
Get Paid
✔ Payouts are processed after the 5-day return window closes.
✔ Secure payments via Stripe.

3. Authenticity & Trust
Mandatory Authentication for Designer Items
✔ Proof of authenticity is required for every luxury item.
✔ If you don’t have proof, request authentication via Real Authentication through Rack Revive.
Reauthentication for Buyers
✔ Buyers questioning authenticity can request reauthentication at their own cost.
✔ If the item is counterfeit, the buyer gets a full refund, and the seller is held responsible.

4. Protection for Buyers & Sellers
Fair & Transparent Policies
✔ Returns: Only accepted if the item is misrepresented or counterfeit (must be reported within 5 days).
✔ Chargebacks: Filing an unauthorized chargeback is fraud and results in a permanent ban.
Shipping Insurance
✔ We offer Route shipping insurance for protection against lost, stolen, or damaged items.
✔ If you opt-out, we are not responsible for missing packages. A claim must be filed with USPS.
