Rack Revive is a peer-to-peer (C2C) fashion resale marketplace where buyers and sellers can buy and sell second-hand fashion items securely.
Does Rack Revive hold inventory?
No. All items are shipped directly by sellers. We do not store, handle, or ship inventory.
Is shopping on Rack Revive safe?
Yes! We provide:
✔ Seller verification to prevent fraud.
✔ Authentication for designer items through Real Authentication.
✔ Route shipping insurance to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Buying on Rack Revive
How do I make a purchase?
1️⃣ Browse listings and select your item.
2️⃣ Add to cart and proceed to checkout.
3️⃣ Agree to our Terms of Service & Refund Policy (required at checkout).
4️⃣ Choose Route shipping insurance for extra protection.
5️⃣ Pay securely via Stripe.
What happens if I don’t receive my order?
✔ If you purchased Route shipping insurance, you can file a claim for a replacement or refund.
✔ If you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact USPS to file a claim.
Can I return an item?
✔ Returns are only accepted if an item is misrepresented or counterfeit.
✔ You must request a return within 5 days of delivery.
What if I change my mind after purchasing?
All sales are final, except for items that are counterfeit or misrepresented.
Why aren’t chargebacks allowed on Rack Revive?
We understand that issues with an order can be frustrating, and we’re here to help! However, chargebacks bypass our dispute process, which is designed to protect both buyers and sellers. Because we act as a neutral mediator, we ensure that all concerns are reviewed fairly. If a chargeback is filed instead of using our resolution process, it can lead to delays and potential account restrictions.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right with your order, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered! Instead of filing a chargeback, reach out to Rack Revive support as soon as possible. We’ll carefully review the situation and work toward a fair resolution. Our goal is to make sure everyone has a positive experience, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help.

Selling on Rack Revive
How do I list an item?
1️⃣ Ensure the item meets our listing guidelines.
2️⃣ Provide accurate descriptions and clear photos.
3️⃣ If selling a designer item, upload proof of authentication or request authentication via Rack Revive
4️⃣ Set your price.
5️⃣ Once approved, your listing will go live!
When will I get paid?
✔ Payouts are processed after the 5-day return period expires.
✔ If a dispute arises, payments may be held until resolution.
What happens if I sell a counterfeit item?
🚨 Selling counterfeit items is strictly prohibited. If found counterfeit:
✔ You must refund the buyer in full.
✔ You will be banned from the platform.
✔ You may face legal action.

Authentication & Designer Items
Do all designer items need to be authenticated?
Yes. Every designer item must have proof of authenticity before being listed.
What if I don’t have proof of authenticity?
✔ You can request authentication through Real Authentication via Rack Revive before listing.
What if a buyer questions authenticity after purchase?
✔ The buyer can pay for a reauthentication.
✔ If found authentic, the case is closed.
✔ If found counterfeit, the buyer will receive a full refund, including the reauthentication fee, and the seller will be held responsible.

Payments & Chargebacks
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop pay, and Affirm.
Are chargebacks allowed?
🚨 No. Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraud.
✔ Filing a chargeback without following our dispute process will result in permanent account suspension.
✔ You may be subject to debt collection or legal action.
What if I have an issue with an order?
✔ Buyers and sellers must follow our dispute resolution process before contacting their bank.

Who ships the items?
Sellers are responsible for shipping their own items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, the seller will provide a tracking number.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
✔ If you purchased Route shipping insurance, file a claim for a refund or replacement.
✔ If you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim.
Does Rack Revive offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. As our platform grows we hope to expand our shipping zones.
